And yet, most of us have learned to look outside of ourselves for the solution to what we are experiencing.
We think more love from our partner will help us feel loved. More money in our bank account will help us feel safe. More time will help us feel less overwhelmed.
And those things may help—for a time.
But what if the thing you think needs to change isn't actually the thing creating your experience?
What if underneath what you are experiencing is a belief you don't even know you have? A story you have told yourself about what something means? An emotion you have been resisting? An unconscious agreement with something about yourself, another person, or your circumstances that you have accepted as true?
The most powerful beliefs operating in our lives are often the ones we don't know we have.
You cannot consciously make a new choice when you are unconscious and unaware of the beliefs, conditioning, and programming operating below the surface.
My work invites you to become more conscious of what you are choosing, creating, and giving your authority to—and to restore your capacity to be fully alive and in active partnership with Divine Love.
