Shop Policies

These Shop Policies apply to physical products sold and fulfilled directly by Untethered Life.

This may include:

• ceramics;
• Miracle Mindset Activation Cards;
• directly purchased original artwork;
• other physical products fulfilled by Untethered Life.

Products purchased through independent third-party platforms, including Amazon, are governed by the transaction, fulfillment, return, and customer-service policies of those platforms.

Shipping Area

Untethered Life currently ships physical products within the continental United States only.

International shipping is not currently offered.

Processing and Delivery

Order-processing and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing time may vary depending on:

• the type of product;
• whether the item is ready to ship;
• special packaging requirements;
• order volume;
• carrier conditions;
• other fulfillment considerations.

Shipping may be handled through USPS, UPS, or another appropriate carrier when reasonably necessary.

Higher-value, fragile, or one-of-a-kind shipments may include signature confirmation, additional insurance, or other protective shipping measures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are communicated:

• on the applicable product page;
• during checkout; or
• directly when an item requires individually coordinated shipping.

Shipping rates and available shipping methods may change based on the product, order size, destination, carrier costs, packaging needs, or other fulfillment considerations.

Original artwork, unusually large or fragile work, and other special-handling items may require individually coordinated shipping.

Public pickup is not offered as a standard checkout option.

Private local delivery or pickup arrangements may occasionally be made when specifically agreed in advance.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and handled through the applicable checkout system where required.

Final Sales

Unless otherwise specifically stated, ordinary sales of physical products are final.

Untethered Life does not offer ordinary returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind;
• preference;
• buyer’s remorse;
• normal handmade variation;
• differences that were accurately disclosed in the product listing.

Because many items are one-of-a-kind or handmade in small quantities, an identical replacement may not be available.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled after the applicable purchase or custom-work commitment point has been reached.

For ready-to-ship products, an order is generally considered committed once it has entered fulfillment.

For accepted custom work, the applicable commitment point will be communicated as part of the custom-order terms before creation begins.

Separate terms may apply to commissioned artwork, Personal Divine Interfaces, selective custom ceramics, or other custom work.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If a shipment is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If Untethered Life causes the fulfillment error, Untethered Life will bear the reasonable cost of correcting that error.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, contact Untethered Life as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include:

• your name;
• order information;
• photographs of the damaged item;
• photographs of the shipping box and packaging;
• any other information reasonably helpful in evaluating the damage.

Please retain the damaged item and all packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:

• replacement, where possible;
• repair, where appropriate;
• refund;
• partial refund;
• another reasonable resolution.

Because original art and handmade ceramics may be one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement is not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.

Delivery timing may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside Untethered Life’s direct control.

If tracking indicates a significant delay or a shipment appears to be lost, contact Untethered Life at:

Untethered Life may work with the carrier as reasonably appropriate to investigate.

Once a shipment is reasonably established as lost, the available resolution will depend on the product and circumstances.

A one-of-a-kind item may not be replaceable with an identical piece.

Handmade Ceramics

Handmade ceramics naturally vary.

Variation may occur in:

• form;
• dimensions;
• glaze response;
• surface;
• texture;
• markings;
• color.

These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Where applicable, individual product listings will provide information such as:

• food-safe status;
• dishwasher or microwave suitability;
• capacity;
• approximate dimensions;
• care recommendations;
• intended use.

Heather may recommend handwashing and avoiding microwave use to extend the life of handmade ceramic work even where a piece is otherwise described as dishwasher- or microwave-safe.

Functional Ceramics

Ceramic pieces sold for food or beverage use are made and fired using materials generally regarded as food-safe.

Customers should follow the care and use information provided with the individual product.

You are powerful to determine what to do with a ceramic piece if it becomes cracked, structurally damaged, or otherwise unsafe for its intended use.

Chimeneas and Heat-Producing Use

Chimeneas may be intended for uses such as:

• palo santo;
• cone incense;
• sage;
• tea lights.

When using a chimenea or other ceramic item with flame, heat, or smoke:

• place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface;
• keep combustible materials away;
• do not leave it unattended while in use;
• use adequate ventilation for smoke-producing materials;
• keep it away from children and pets;
• remember that the piece may remain hot after use;
• allow it to cool fully before handling;
• discontinue use if it becomes cracked or structurally damaged.

Any product-specific instructions provided with the item should also be followed.

Original Artwork

Original artwork may be offered either for direct purchase or through an inquiry process, depending on the work.

Large, fragile, high-value, or complex-to-ship artwork may require individual shipping coordination before the transaction is completed.

The individual artwork listing should identify relevant details such as:

• dimensions;
• framing status;
• current availability;
• purchase or inquiry pathway;
• applicable shipping arrangements.

Sold work may remain visible on the website as portfolio or collected work.

Collector identity remains private unless permission has been granted to identify the collector.

Ownership and Copyright of Original Work

Purchase of an original artwork, ceramic piece, or other physical creative work transfers ownership of the physical object.

It does not transfer the underlying copyright, reproduction rights, design rights, or other intellectual-property rights unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

Heather retains applicable rights to photograph, display, publish, reproduce, and otherwise use images of her original creative work.

Purchasing custom or commissioned work does not automatically create exclusive rights to the underlying design or creative concept.

Custom and Commissioned Work

Custom ceramics, commissioned artwork, Personal Divine Interfaces, and other individually created work may be governed by separate written terms.

These separate terms may address:

• scope;
• payment;
• timing;
• creative discretion;
• cancellation;
• shipping;
• intellectual property;
• completion or noncompletion;
• other details specific to the work.

Those terms will control where they differ from these general Shop Policies.

Third-Party Purchases

Some products referenced on the Untethered Life website are purchased and fulfilled by independent third parties.

For example, journals purchased through Amazon are processed, fulfilled, shipped, returned, and supported through Amazon.

Untethered Life does not control the fulfillment, return process, delivery timing, or customer-service policies of independent third-party retailers.

Errors and Corrections

Untethered Life seeks to provide accurate product, pricing, inventory, and availability information.

If an error is discovered, information may be corrected or updated.

Product availability, inventory, shipping options, pricing, and other operational details may change over time.
